History
Outdoor and underwater video footage is adversely affected by low visibility and/or low light caused by meteorological conditions. The low quality videos obtained from the cameras in this way are very disappointing for the camera system supplier and/or users. In addition, low quality videos cause security vulnerabilities, especially when surveillance cameras cannot be used effectively in adverse weather conditions and low light / dark environments.
People perceive with the help of red-blue-green (RGB) receptors in the eye from the objects they look at through the eye sense organ, these signals are made meaningful by sending them to the brain, and in this way they identify and distinguish objects. Even if these RGB signals are very close to each other, the brain makes this separation perfectly, allowing us to distinguish all objects and objects. Therefore, colors have a very important place in human perception and its interpretation.
LYYN is built on the "human vision perception" described above and performs the task of hardware and software-based contrast enhancement. It allows the image obtained from the cameras to be distinguished more clearly in the human brain in real time.
Purpose and Usage Concept
The Software Plug-In (SW Plug-In) is a software specially developed for the video output (analog, digital, IP) provided by the camera and adapted to the CCTV system. The algorithm in this software uses the normal color video provided by the camera. Each video frame is processed in real time and the color and brightness of each pixel is changed to increase overall. Even marginal differences in color and contrast can be used to increase object visibility. As a result, all camera images in a CCTV system are improved in real time, regardless of the number of cameras, and in this sense, it is software that prevents the cameras from being affected by adverse meteorological conditions and low light.
