Please note that this hardware/software is sold as part of the Novasub video system only and is not sold as a standalone system.
Novasub has developed a method to leverage full HD cameras over existing cables and hubs, enabling the transmission of nearly four times as many pixels without any additional delay. By using a high bandwidth signal over coaxial core or high quality twisted pair we can achieve significantly higher resolutions.
The maximum length that can be achieved depends on the quality of the twisted pair; Lengths of up to 300 m for twisted pairs and 250 m for coaxial can be achieved close to CAT specifications. To use the new Novasub HD standard, you must have a novasub HD camera and an HD-compatible head unit. This will allow you to see what your divers are doing in full HD and real time!

All systems that support HD can be recognized by the HD Ready logo. This logo appears on the front panel.
