• It is an ultra-portable underwater inspection robot with a depth of 4 m, equipped with 1 horizontal and 150 vertical thrusters. Equipped with 2 high resolution color video cameras, one of which is pan & tilt and LED lighting, it is specially designed for long range missions (> 400m). Thanks to an auxiliary plug, various accessories such as sonar, indicators and manipulator can be easily mounted on the Guardian.

  The complete system with the hub is packed in a single carrying case with a total weight of 29 kg.

  Manipulators and Samplers

  Subsea Tech has developed its own accessories for the Mini-ROV. Among them, a 2-function manipulator that allows to capture objects, a cutter for cutting cables and ropes, as well as water or sediment samplers.

  Sonars

  High blur does not allow the use of standard video cameras. Acoustic solutions allow feedback even in conditions of zero visibility. Sonar scanning makes it possible to scan an area for navigation purposes, while 2D multi-beam sonar, also called an "acoustic camera", is a high-performance real-time imaging solution.

  Acoustic Positioning

  USBL systems allow a target to be located relative to a reference unit on the surface. You can easily find and save the route of your Mini-ROV Guardian, which simplifies navigation and improves the efficiency of trips.

  Measuring Probes

  The Subsea Tech Mini-ROV can be equipped with a variety of probes, such as a thickness probe, a cathodic protection probe, or several physico-chemical probes (salinity, conductivity, pH,…).
