PYROSCAN is a High Dynamic Range (HDR) pyrometric camera with a high image resolution of 1,2 megapixels. It is designed to provide accurate temperature monitoring in extreme environments, with temperatures ranging from 700°C to 1800°C and in very dusty and smoky atmospheres. It combines real-time high-resolution images with temperature measurements at any point in the combustion zone inside boilers, furnaces, furnaces or incinerators. This camera allows any changes in combustion to be detected and clinker decline to be visualized.
Each pixel of the image is used to measure temperatures, track their changes, and detect changes in flame shape (flame length/width and black root length), etc. can be selected by the operator on the video image to control

High temperature oven camera to monitor oven temperature
Effective control of flame pattern and heat transfer
Comprehensive tool for burner adjustment
Thanks to its robust dust filter algorithms, Pyroscan can operate in the harsh and complex combustion zone environment. Providing reliable temperature reading and HDR image, Pyroscan helps the operator stabilize the combustion process, homogenize and improve clinker quality. It allows effective monitoring of any changes in flame pattern and heat transfer to the product. It is a comprehensive tool for burner adjustment, especially for the burning of alternative fuels.
