Vega is a fully customizable multi-sensor EO-IR PTZ camera with our longest range visible day/night zoom camera and our most advanced cooled or uncooled thermal infrared cameras. Our optional ZLID™ long range NIR illumination is configurable with LRF high precision range finder, gyro stabilization and more.
The customizable multi-sensor payload allows Vega to provide an optimized solution that fully meets the project requirements in the most cost-effective configuration. Military grade pan/tilt is designed for weapon systems that meet and exceed MIL-STD-810F military ratings for shock, vibration, temperature, and dust/water ingress.

LRF
| 20km LRF, 735μJ Precision Laser Range Finder Accurately measure the distance to a target with the long range weapon grade LRF. The LRF-735-50 provides an accuracy of 20–50 mm with a range of up to 175 km in good conditions. These LRFs are used in a number of applications such as weapon targeting, advanced tracking, autonomous cars and geo-locking surveillance. |

Robust and Solid
Vega consists of military-grade, precision-engineered components and is manufactured using unique processes to deliver absolute performance. It uses military-style connectors to provide power, video, and communications over a single cable, increasing reliability and the time required to set up the system. Pan/tilt is MIL‑STD‑810F/G tested and protected against water and dust with a minimum of IP66/67. It can withstand temperatures from –50°C to +65°C and uses a tough anti-corrosion coating to work in the most brutal and harsh climatic conditions.
Remote Connection and User Friendly
Vega can be viewed in real time from anywhere in the world on a computer using Infiniti's VMS or web client, or remotely on your mobile device with our iPhone or Android apps. It can also be controlled by touch screen, mouse, VMS systems, DVR / NVR or PTZ joystick.
Octagonal Platform
Octagon Platform HTTP API is an IP interface for accessing Ascendent and Infiniti Octagon platform devices. This API acts as a unified point of contact for client software and services to access sensors and devices within a system. The aim is to provide a consistent, logical and reliable connection to our web servers, revealing deep integration capabilities while simplifying interactions with our versatile architecture.
Communication can also be achieved via Serial using the industry standard Pelco‑D protocol. This performs regular PTZ operation of devices with standard command set. Reveals advanced and peripheral functionality via a list of “Custom Function Presets” for commands not natively available in the Pelco‑D specification.
