The ClanTect V3m and V3w systems can be supplied with a fully integrated automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system. The equipment is designed with a protective aluminium casing and is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments. The ANPR camera takes up little space and can be attached to a standard tripod for quick and easy installation.
The unit comes with a standard light source, magnetic mounting bracket and Ethernet cables for powering the control terminal. The camera has a heating element with automatic internal temperature control to enable installation in sub-zero temperature environments. When using an ANPR camera, the control software displays the recognized license plate before switching to an electronic search. A battery-powered wide-angle light can be attached to the top of the camera for use at night and in low-light conditions.
